When is the Best Time to Visit Venice Italy?
I would like to visit Venice Italy for the first time this year but don't want to make a mistake and go the wrong time of year.
I can pretty much go any time of year and my vacation time is two weeks so what is the best time to visit Venice in your opinon? I am taking my elderly mother with and this will almost certainly be her first and last trip to Venice and I would like it to be as perfect as possible. Your help would be greatly appreciated!!
Maria's reply: The best time to visit Venice Italy is definitely spring or early summer with May and June being very good choices. Another good month to visit Venice in my opinion is in September.
As you are lucky enough to be able to chose when you will visit Venice there are plenty of months that you should really try to avoid. You can see more on the best months to visit Venice and when not to visit Venice by reading our guide The Best Time to Visit Venice.
Enjoy your trip to Venice, it is a place everybody should see at least once in a lifetime!
